Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Medvedev said that Biden is "difficult"

Journalists during Biden's visit to South Korea asked if he wanted to convey something to North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.

In response, Biden said he was saying "hello", after a few seconds adding "that's it, period."

“It is difficult for him,” Medvedev commented on this situation.

Medvedev also accompanied his comment with a video compilation of Biden's reservations and embarrassing situations with him.

Biden said earlier that he was not concerned about the possibility of a nuclear test by the DPRK or any other actions by Pyongyang during his Asian tour.
