This is stated in the decree of the government of the LPR.

“When determining prices for goods and services, apply the exchange rate of 2.0 Russian rubles for one Ukrainian hryvnia,” the authorities of the republic said.

Earlier, the deputy head of the military-civilian administration of the Kherson region, Kirill Stremousov, said that the Ukrainian hryvnia would temporarily remain as a means of payment, but it would be possible to exchange it for rubles.

In April, the Bank of Russia reported that it was possible to exchange cash Ukrainian hryvnias for rubles at Sberbank, as well as at the Russian National Commercial Bank.
