“Adopt a draft order of the government of the Russian Federation on this issue,” the message on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers says.
It is noted that the draft order is aimed at providing compensation to credit and other organizations for lost income on housing (mortgage) loans issued to Russian citizens under the preferential mortgage programs “Preferential Mortgage” and “Family Mortgage”.
Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said earlier that the Russian government would continue to support subsidized mortgage programs.
