"We appealed, not because the file is in a state to be judged, but because, in our opinion, the trail of the criminal gang of the 'Petit Bar' has not been sufficiently explored" and "files which should have been put into perspective were not” like that of the assassination of Antoine Sollacaro, detailed the lawyer.

The lawyer refers to statements by the first repentant in France and former "little hand" of the Corsican criminal gang, Patrick Giovannoni, who indicated during his revelations to the authorities that he had received the confidences of Jacques Santoni, the presumed leader of this band which would have indicated to be behind the assassinations of the lawyer Antoine Sollacaro but also that of Jacques Nacer.

On November 14, 2012, Jacques Nacer, leader of the Ajaccio football club and close to former nationalist leader Alain Orsoni, was shot dead in his clothing store in a pedestrian street in the center of Ajaccio.

A month earlier, it was the lawyer Antoine Sollacaro who was killed in a gas station in the center of Ajaccio.
