China News Service, May 20. According to a report from the American Overseas Chinese News Network, recently, Brooklyn Fort Hamilton High School in New York, which has a large number of Chinese students, received 3 "bomb" threat calls for 3 consecutive days. The case is under close monitoring of incoming calls.

It is reported that starting from the 16th, the school has received an anonymous phone call every day for three consecutive days that there is a bomb on the campus.

In the previous few times, the school and the police were facing a formidable enemy, and the whole school was evacuated, but no suspicious explosives were found.

The latest threat came at around 8:30 a.m. on the 18th, when someone called the school secretary and said "drop a bomb" before hanging up.

Board of Education officials also sent a message to parents about a "social media post" about the bomb threat on the morning of the 18th.

"Due to an unconfirmed threat earlier this week, school security was scanning all students today as a precaution," authorities said in a message. This time, however, the school was not evacuated.

Due to previous incidents, the New York City Police emergency services team arrived at the school early on the 18th, even hours before the "bomb" call.

The department then entered the school and conducted a search, but found nothing.

Fort Hamilton High School was in a state of tension for three consecutive days due to the "bomb", which surprised many community residents and elected officials.

Bay Ridge City Councilman Kirsten said on Twitter that law enforcement said they were trying to track the phone, "but 3 days in a row? It's embarrassing, and more importantly traumatizing the kids." Three of the bomb threats were copycat hoaxes.

At present, the Bay Ridge Police Department 68 and the FBI are investigating this series of threats.

Ji Siting emphasized that false bomb threat is an E-class felony, and I hope those with bad intentions will do it on their own.
