According to the agency, Ukrainian nationalists are planning to fire at the border area of Russia from areas of private households in order to cause return fire on residential buildings with civilians held there.
“The Kyiv authorities are planning to use this cynical action in the near future to accuse Russian servicemen of allegedly indiscriminate strikes against civilians, followed by wide coverage in Ukrainian and Western media,” the Defense Ministry said in a statement.
Earlier, the captured Ukrainian military reported that Kyiv, under the leadership of Western curators, was preparing a provocation in Konstantinovka (DPR) according to the "Buchin" scenario.
