According to the political scientist, the proposal to expand the BRICS is a kind of response to the actions of the collective West in foreign policy, in particular to the actions of the G7.

For China, this is a challenge: Japan is there, but China is not.

According to him, the desire of the United States to manage all major international organizations, of course, causes opposition.

He also expressed hope for the qualitative functioning of the organization and stated that the actions aimed at expanding the organization are correct.
