King Abdullah II describes Bassem Awadallah as a "traitor of the trust"
Jordan's King Abdullah II described the former chief of the royal court, Basem Awadallah, as a "traitor of the trust", against the backdrop of the royal decision to restrict the movements and communications of former Crown Prince Hamza bin Hussein.
The Jordanian monarch said that Prince Hamzah distorted what happened between him and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, claiming that the Chief of Staff visited his house suddenly, while the meeting came at the time and place that he had specified.
