He stressed that the operation to liberate these settlements is "in the active phase."
Earlier, the assistant to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the LPR, Vitaly Kiselyov, spoke about the situation in the area of Severodonetsk and Lisichansk of the Luhansk People's Republic.
