The head of the Cabinet recalled that earlier, on behalf of the President of Russia, as part of the preferential mortgage program, it was decided to reduce the rate on such a loan to 9% with a limit of up to 12 million rubles for Moscow, St. Petersburg, the Moscow and Leningrad regions and up to 6 million rubles for all other Russian regions.

“The government has increased the maximum loan amount for preferential and family mortgages, respectively, to 30 million and up to 15 million rubles,” the head of the Cabinet said.
