“According to the Ministry of Defense, in Mirnograd of the DPR, as well as in the Kharkiv region, Ukrainian nationalists, including those from the Azov battalion, used the buildings of kindergartens and schools to equip barracks in them and place military equipment nearby.
There are facts of forcible detention of civilians in the basements of these buildings, ”the Telegram message says.
It is also noted that members of the Aidar battalion created points for conducting military operations on the territory of the Church of the Praise of the Mother of God in Pavlograd, Dnepropetrovsk region, as well as in Zaporozhye on the lower floors of hospitals.
“It is also known about similar actions of the Donbass battalion in a residential building in Slavyansk of the DPR, where a stronghold was equipped and heavy weapons were placed, but civilians were not evacuated,” the message says.
Earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry said that the Russian military had recorded numerous facts of the use of social facilities by the Ukrainian military for military purposes.
