“Members of an organized criminal group, in order to destabilize the socio-political situation, illegally blocked the Dushanbe-Kulma international highway on a section of the highway in the Rushan district of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region directly on the state border line,” the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the republic reported.
