Of the five who were arrested on Tuesday, three of them are said to have been on a burglary tour in the South and outside Hållsta in Eskilstuna.

In Söder, they are suspected of having tried to get into two apartments and in Hållsta, they are said to have committed a completed burglary in a garage.

In connection with these incidents, they are said to have threatened two people with a pistol and the police have seized two weapons.

According to Assistant Prosecutor Susanne Cermenius, one is a pistol and the other a form of firearm.

The woman was released

During the police operation, four men and a woman were arrested.

It will now be investigated whether who was the third man who participated in the burglary tour.

- Some of these four make up these three.

Therefore, one should try to clarify which three have been on this tour, says Susanne Cermenius.

All men have now been arrested and are suspected of probable cause for aggravated weapon crime, aggravated unlawful threats, attempted burglary and theft.

The woman has been released.

- I have not put the suspicion against her yet, but I judge that the suspicion of her is weak, says Susanne Cermenius.

The four men appear in the police crime register and Elenore Ingårda, who is group manager for serious crimes in Eskilstuna, confirms that they are already known to the Eskilstuna police.
