The Quimper Criminal Court (Finistère) sentenced a 22-year-old man to six months in prison on Monday after revocation of a suspended sentence.

The defendant under curatorship appeared for theft and repeated death threats.

These date back to February 12, 2019, when a young woman went to the city police station to denounce messages received, says

“People will be able to kill you with the snap of their fingers”, “Your baby will die”, “Bring his stuff or I will find you”, had written the respondent in particular.

The latter only recognized the sending of two messages, explaining that he wanted the victim to return belongings belonging to a friend.

The theft concerned a bottle of rosé stolen from a shop in Concarneau (Finistère) in August 2021. The defendant claimed that the thief was one of his comrades.

He then insulted the prosecutor.
