In front of the police who questioned her, she explained that she did not know that one had to reside in France to receive the RSA.

A Toulouse woman, who spent most of her time in the Netherlands, was heard last week by the police following a complaint from the Haute-Garonne departmental council following an investigation by the Allocations Fund family.

This 30-year-old woman is suspected of having improperly received 12,000 euros in active solidarity income between 2017 and 2020. The investigations also showed that the declared income did not correspond at all to the amounts collected on her account.

Before the investigators, she explained that these were sums paid by her family.

A recovery plan has already been put in place.

She is also summoned on December 15 before the Toulouse court.
