After the end, it was designated by the Supreme People's Procuratorate and reviewed and prosecuted by the Bayannaoer City People's Procuratorate of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
Recently, the Bayannaoer City People's Procuratorate has filed a public prosecution with the Bayannaoer City Intermediate People's Court.
According to public information, Xue Hengsheng was born in Suizhong, Liaoning Province in November 1955, started working in August 1973, and joined the Communist Party of China in June 1974.
He has worked in his hometown for a long time, and served as a teacher of Gaotai Township Middle School in Suizhong County, and deputy director of Suizhong County Health Bureau.
The prosecution accused Xue Heng of serving as a member of the party group and deputy director of the Liaoning Provincial Civil Affairs Department, the party secretary and director of the Liaoning Provincial Civil Affairs Department, the secretary of the Dandong Municipal Party Committee of Liaoning Province, the secretary of the Yingkou Municipal Party Committee of Liaoning Province, the vice governor of Liaoning Province, and the provincial party committee secretary of Liaoning Province. The party secretary and director of the Public Security Department, the deputy governor of Liaoning Province, the deputy secretary and vice chairman of the Liaoning Provincial Political Consultative Conference Party Group, and the convenience of their positions, as well as the convenient conditions for the formation of power and status, provide relevant units and individuals in business operations, project contracting, and cases. Seeking interests in handling, promotion and adjustment of positions, etc., illegally accepting other people's property, the amount is particularly huge.
The prosecution also accused Xue Heng of taking advantage of his previous positions as vice governor of Liaoning Province, secretary of the Party Committee and director of the Provincial Public Security Department, and deputy secretary and vice chairman of the Liaoning Provincial Political Consultative Conference Party Group after his resignation. Provide assistance in changing criminal compulsory measures, illegally accept other people's property, the amount is huge, and should be investigated for criminal responsibility for the crime of accepting bribes and using influence to accept bribes according to law.
In August 2021, Xue Heng was suspected of serious violations of discipline and law, voluntarily surrendered, and accepted the disciplinary review and supervision investigation of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the State Supervision Commission.
In February this year, it was officially notified that Xue Heng was expelled from the party for serious violations of discipline and law.
He was accused of "selling officials and vassals, seriously undermining the selection and employment system of the regions and units where he worked", and was also accused of "having no bottom line of discipline and law, using power for personal gain, law enforcement and breaking the law, and wantonly interfering in judicial activities and market economic activities."
