There are currently more than 100 people missing.
Umeå municipality now offers 25 percent extra in addition to the basic salary to everyone who works during the summer months in June, July and August.

The municipality's offer for a bonus applies to both individual passes or one week.
- Right now we have 75 percent of the jobs ready in support and care, but more are needed.
Every person we can attract is a profit and we hope that more pensioners with previous experience want to join, says Maria Westin.
