Maria Waldh was one of the 32 people who chose to return.

- We agreed with the management on an agreement where we would get a better recovery, she says.

The crisis in 2016 was described as tough.

Today it looks completely different, according to Maria Waldh and the assistant nurse Linda Hellborg, whom SVT Nyheter Helsingborg meets.

- And they take care of 2-3 patients in the team, says Linda Hellborg.
