“In Odessa, the militants of the territorial defense battalions, together with the SBU officers, go door-to-door to residential buildings, as well as private households in order to identify local residents expressing pro-Russian views, similar to earlier raids in Kharkov, Nikolaev, Sumy, Chernihiv and a number of other settlements,” he said.

According to him, all citizens who may have “photo or video materials of the results of the destruction of Ukrainian military facilities by the Russian Armed Forces” can be subjected to punitive measures.

Also, people for "correspondence in messengers or calls to numbers of Russian subscribers, are subjected to physical violence, and then taken away in an unknown direction."

“So far, nothing is known about the fate of these people,” the general added.

Earlier, Mizintsev said that the Ukrainian military, together with nationalists, were carrying out punitive raids in the Kharkiv region and arresting those suspected of pro-Russian views.
