The Ministry of Defense published a video of demining the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the city of Shchastya

According to the Ministry of Defense, Ukrainian nationalists placed anti-tank and anti-personnel mines at the thermal power plant and adjacent areas.

In the dugouts, sappers discovered a system for remote detonation of mines, neutralized dozens of stretch marks and traps.

In total, about 50 hectares of territory were surveyed and more than 500 explosive objects were neutralized.

Earlier, the head of the Lugansk People's Republic, Leonid Pasechnik, launched the Lugansk Thermal Power Plant (TPP) in the city of Shchastya.

After the city came under the control of the forces of Russia and the DPR, sappers carried out mine clearance on the territory of the thermal power plant.
