This is stated in a statement by Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre.

“Together with Denmark and Iceland, Norway is ready to help its Scandinavian neighbors with all necessary means if their territory is subjected to aggression before joining NATO,” he says.

Earlier, CSTO Secretary General Stanislav Zas said that NATO expansion at the expense of Finland and Sweden would lead to increased tension in Europe.

Russian President Vladimir Putin during the CSTO summit in Moscow said that Russia has no problems with Finland and Sweden, their entry into NATO does not pose a threat to the country, but will cause a response to the expansion of military infrastructure.
