More than 392,000 patients with high fever detected in North Korea per day

The total number of cases in the country has exceeded 1.213 million, of which more than 648 thousand people have recovered, RIA Novosti reports.

Earlier, North Korean leader Kim Jong-un announced the emergency situation in the DPRK due to COVID-19.

He also ordered the mobilization of the military to arrange the supply of medicines to pharmacies amid the spread of the coronavirus in the country.
