As specified in the department’s Telegram channel, agreements were signed on the transfer of Russian assets of the Renault group to the Russian Federation and the Moscow government.
“The signed agreements provide for the transfer of Renault Russia shares to the city of Moscow and AvtoVAZ shares to the state represented by FSUE NAMI subordinate to the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade,” the report says.
It is noted that within the framework of existing licenses, the production of the entire line of LADA cars at AvtoVAZ plants will continue.
AvtoVAZ will also carry out servicing of Renault cars in the Russian market.
