Early this Sunday, while he was on rue des Trois-Journées, in the heart of downtown Toulouse, a night owl was approached by two men who asked him for a cigarette.
The latter refused and became the target of an onslaught of violence.
One of the two assailants drew a knife and struck him in the neck.
His sidekick then kicked him.
The latter was arrested by the police and the second was still wanted on Sunday at midday.
The victim was taken care of by the emergency services, his life is not in danger.
