In his opinion, after the entry of Sweden and Finland into NATO, the organization will strengthen its position on the eastern flank, but Kaliningrad prevents the dominance of the military bloc in the region.

Earlier, Polish General Waldemar Skshipchak announced Warsaw's claims to the territory of Kaliningrad.
