Jesper, whose real name is something else, has for the past six years rented a home in Boliden from the woman who for a few years bought a number of properties in Boliden and Burträsk outside Skellefteå.
He is one of several tenants that SVT Nyheter Västerbotten has been in contact with who says that the woman rents out apartments to anyone.
Jesper believes that this is one of the reasons why it has been so noisy in society.
- Then you gather all the criminals in one and the same place, he says.
Another tenant is in a similar situation:
- I have no choice but to rent here, if I lose it I become homeless.
Soc tries support - not landlord
According to tenants, these are apartments with a low standard, but with a reasonably high rent adapted to receive income support.
The social services in Skellefteå emphasize that they never rent apartments from rogue landlords like this woman.
On the other hand, they cannot deny any maintenance support that has arranged accommodation itself with what is considered a reasonable rent.

SVT Nyheter Västerbotten has sought the landlord but has not been able to get an answer.
