President Yun Seok-yeol spent a hectic day on the first day of his inauguration yesterday (10th), going back and forth between the Yongsan Oval Office and the Yeouido National Assembly several times.

President Yoon is leaving his office in Yongsan for the first time today from his home in Seocho-dong, Seoul.

At 0 am yesterday, President Yun Seok-yeol started his first duties at the Yongsan Presidential Office after taking over the commander-in-chief of the military.



After he rested overnight at his home in Seocho-dong, he immediately carried out his full-fledged schedule.



President Yoon, who visited the National Cemetery of Seoul National Cemetery in Dongjak-gu with his wife, Kim Kun-hee, wrote in the guestbook, "We will create a nation where people live well together."



Upon arriving at the National Assembly in Yeouido, where the 20th President's inauguration ceremony was held, President Yun exchanged fists with the attendees and read his inaugural address emphasizing freedom.



Afterwards, he chatted with local residents at the Senior Citizens' Hall and Children's Park near Yongsan Office, took commemorative photos, and took a moment to catch his breath.

President Yoon, who chose the first approval of the motion for the appointment of Prime Minister Han Deok-soo, also appointed seven ministers.



He also made his diplomatic debut with Japanese Foreign Minister Hayashi and Chinese Vice President Wang Qishan.



At 4 pm, I again attended the celebration held in the lobby of the National Assembly building in Yeouido, and exchanged words of thanks with the 5th division and the leaders of the opposition parties and promised a successful operation of state affairs.
