As Milonov recalled, many Western brands and retail chains have suspended commercial activities in Russia.

At the same time, the deputy explained that, judging by information from business circles, these companies really do not want and do not seriously plan to leave the Russian market.

In addition, according to the parliamentarian, Western merchants after the resumption of their activities may unreasonably inflate prices for their assortment.

“In this regard, I ask you to consider the possibility of establishing a special working regime for such organizations (for up to six months) in terms of monitoring the growth in the retail price of the item,” the appeal says.

Earlier, Milonov proposed to increase the amount of payments for veterans of the Great Patriotic War.
