The twenty firefighters mobilized managed to overcome the flames using two fire hoses.
Unfortunately, the emergency services then found the lifeless body of a man aged around 45 in the rubble, reports the departmental fire and rescue service (Sdis).
The exact causes of his death are, for the time being, undetermined.
An investigation has been opened to determine the cause of the accident.
