A dozen countries of the European Union, including Denmark and Finland, oppose a change in the European treaties and therefore the abandonment of unanimous voting.

Guest of Europe Morning Wednesday, the former secretary general of the Quai d'Orsay, Maurice Gourdault-Montagne returns to the reluctance of certain countries.

Is this a European revolution?

A dozen Member States, including Denmark, Sweden and Bulgaria, have said no to the transformation of the treaties, and to the abandonment of unanimous voting as wanted by the president of the commission Ursula Von der Leyen and supported by Emmanuel Macron.

"It's an old subject that comes back, we will have to convince", launched the former secretary general of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maurice Gourdault-Montagne, guest of Europe Matin on Wednesday.
