Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev, head of the Russian National Defense Control Center, informed about this during a briefing.
He noted that, according to reliable information, the Kyiv regime carried out "another bloody action according to the" Bucha "scenario" in the Kharkiv region.
“On the section of the road between the settlements of Stary and Novy Saltov, servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine shot six civilian vehicles with white flags mounted on them,” Mizintsev said.
The Ministry of Defense added that specialists from the Center for Information and Psychological Operations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine took photographs and videos of this heinous crime.
Earlier it was reported that the Investigative Committee of Russia will check the data on the provocation arranged by Ukrainian militants in the settlements of Seversk and Serebryanka in the Donetsk People's Republic in order to discredit Russian troops.
