According to the official Weibo news of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, Zhu Fenglian, a spokesperson for the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, said on May 9 that the Fifth Cross-Strait Youth Development Forum will be held on May 11 in Hangzhou, Zhejiang.
Hong Xiuzhu, former chairman of the Chinese Kuomintang and chairman of the China Qingyan Peace Education Foundation, will be invited to attend the forum.
About 450 people including guests from relevant parties on both sides of the Taiwan Strait and representatives of young people from all walks of life will participate in relevant activities of the forum.
