Nicolas Maduro congratulated the Russians on Victory Day and sent "embraces to the Russian people"

As Maduro stated, Venezuela is celebrating the 77th anniversary of the victory over Nazi Germany in the Great Patriotic War.

“Our hugs to the Russian people and to President Vladimir Putin, heirs of the men and women who liberated Europe and the world from the Nazi fascist threat that today seeks to be reborn,” he tweeted.

In early March, Maduro said on state television that the actions of Western countries against Russia are a crime against the Russian people and an economic war.
