.

The macabre discovery took place at 3:30 a.m., rue Chevreul, in the 7th arrondissement of Lyon.

Concordant sources have traced the first elements of this probable feminicide, which began on Saturday evening.

Around 11:30 p.m., a 33-year-old man allegedly called his mother to ask her to pick up his 3-year-old son, placed in his partner's car, parked in a parking lot in Bourgoin-Jallieu (Isère).

The grandmother reportedly picked up her grandson and called the police after noticing bloodstains near the vehicle.

His indications would have helped to find the mother of the child in Lyon, unfortunately deceased, in a stolen van.

According to

Lyon Mag

, she was mutilated and strangled.

An investigation was entrusted to the PJ of Lyon for homicide.

The man, already targeted by search warrants, is still at large.
