“Paying bills for gas, for electricity, it all goes to Ukrainian banks, and in this way we unconsciously continue to finance terrorist organizations and those structures that today are interested in continuing hostilities on the territory of Ukraine,” Stremousov was quoted by RIA Novosti as saying.
He noted that the recalculation of energy prices will be carried out in the region.
Stremousov urged residents of the region to spend money on food.
Earlier, the head of the Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, announced plans to restore passenger rail communication with the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions.
