This was stated by the head of the National Center for Defense Control of Russia, Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev.
“The administration of the Odessa region, in order to limit the information space and deprive people of access to an alternative opinion about the situation around the special military operation, banned the work of satellite television providers that broadcast Russian and Moldovan TV channels,” Mizintsev said.
According to him, citizens are forcibly forced to dismantle existing satellite equipment.
Mizintsev noted that such actions are aimed at "hiding from the citizens of Ukraine the current catastrophic situation in the country."
Earlier, the Ministry of Defense reported that the Russian Aerospace Forces destroyed the communication center of the Chervonoglinskoye military airfield, as well as the project 1241 corvette of the Ukrainian Navy in the Odessa region.
