“Starting from March 2, the Russian Federation has already delivered 18,530.6 tons of essentials, food, medicines and medical supplies to Ukraine,” Mizintsev said in a statement.
According to him, 983 humanitarian actions have been carried out.
He added that over the past day, two humacs were held - in the Donetsk People's Republic and the Kherson region.
