Baitu Village, Changsa Town, Wenchang City, Hainan Province, has 145 households with 825 people. The total land area of the village is 6900 mu, and the construction land area is 367 mu.

According to Xing Fuwang, Secretary of the Party Branch of Baitu Village, Baitu Village is a sandy land, and there was never a village road that "marry a girl but not Baitu Village" reflects the poverty of the year.

Since 2010, Wenchang has developed tourism.

The Yueliangwan start-up area requisitioned the village's land, and the village collective distributed 70% of the land compensation to the villagers, and 30% was reserved for village construction and industrial development.

In 2017, Baitu Village implemented the "Village Collective + Company" operation mode, invested the reserved funds in the village collective land acquisition compensation to create a coconut grove garden, developed the coconut planting industry, and focused on strengthening the village collective economy and increasing the income of the villagers.

Nowadays, every family in the village has a car, and the elderly over the age of 60 are guaranteed monthly.

There are 130 houses in 15 rows in the village, and the gates facing each other in each row reflect the neighborly relationship of the villagers living in harmony.
