On May 6, local time, a hotel explosion occurred in Havana, the capital of Cuba, killing at least 18 people and injuring at least 64, including a pregnant woman and a child.
Allegedly, the cause of the explosion may be a natural gas leak.
Cuban President Diaz Canel said the explosion "was not a bomb, it was not an attack, it was a regrettable accident".
According to the Associated Press, citing Cuban state television, the explosion was caused by a truck supplying natural gas to the hotel.
