Looking at the written response to the personnel hearing submitted by a candidate to the National Assembly today (7th), Rep. Kim Yong-min of the Democratic Party of Korea asked, "Did you ever write a contract by lowering the transaction price than the actual price in real estate transactions, and lower the acquisition and registration tax through this?" One candidate answered, "After checking, we understand that there are facts that are reported differently from the actual transaction price."



A candidate's personnel hearing preparation team answered SBS's question, "What kind of real estate-related matter?" and said, "If necessary, we will answer questions related to written questions at the time of the hearing."



Even to the inquiry about "it may be related to tax issues," he only replied, "We are not going to talk about tax evasion or illegality uniformly depending on the time and circumstances."

One candidate also bought a 165.92 square meter C apartment in Seocho-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul for 1.86 billion won in 2006 under the joint name of a married couple.



A candidate who registered as a rental business also bought an officetel with an area of ​​29.85 square meters in Seocho-dong, Seoul for KRW 310 million in 2017, and is still holding and renting it.



The three-story building in Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, inherited from his father in 2004, is still in possession, and the land in Chuncheon-si, Gangwon-do, which he inherited in the same year, was sold.



The 2 lot of land in Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do, which was donated by my uncle in 2008, was sold for 270 million won in 2017.
