The Anti-

Corruption Prosecutor

's Office has sent this Friday a report to the magistrate investigating the case of the hit of the masks of businessmen Luis Medina and Alberto Luceño, Judge

Adolfo Carretero

, where he opposes the imputation in the case of

Carlos Martínez Almeida

(cousin of the Mayor of Madrid) and the Human Resources coordinator of the Consistory.

In the report, the prosecutor

Luis Rodríguez Sol

affirms that the declaration of the cousin of the municipal councilor as being investigated is "irrelevant" at the current procedural moment and maintains that there are no indications of any crime in his actions, which were limited to contacting Medina with the hiring manager of the

Madrid City Council

in the first wave of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Regarding Collado, the Public Prosecutor affirms that he must testify as a witness -as he had already requested in his complaint- since he turned out to be the "main" deceived by Luceño and Medina.

In addition, Anticorruption rules out that the municipal employee could have committed crimes of embezzlement of public funds, fraud or prevarication.
