The deputy head of administration stressed that it was possible to restore mobile communications with the help of Russian specialists.
At the same time, he noted that there are still minor interruptions with the Internet in the region.
Earlier, Oleg Kryuchkov, adviser to the head of Crimea on information policy, said that almost all cities in southern Ukraine were connected to the Russian Internet.
On May 1, Kryuchkov announced that the Ukrainian authorities had cut off the Kherson region from mobile communications and the Internet.
On April 29, the head of the administration of the Kherson region, Volodymyr Saldo, said that the attacks of the Ukrainian military on Kherson indicate that the Kyiv regime abandoned the inhabitants of the city.
