It was during Thursday that a bus garage became the prey of the flames in Boden.
Inside the building was Christer Bergdahl's veteran bus from 1955, which he inherited from his father.
- I have grandchildren and the idea was that they would inherit the bus, says Bergdahl with tears in his throat.
"It's awful"
He visited the fire site on Friday and looked sadly over what was left.
- It is there under the plates that protrude, it was three meters high, but now it is completely flat.
It is deplorable and terrible, but fortunately no one died in the fire.
"Drove many veteran rallies"
Christer Bergdahl has traveled around by bus at various exhibitions and veteran rallies.
He has also had time for a trip to Denmark with it.
- I have ridden many veteran rallies with that bus.
We are many bus veteran lovers throughout Sweden who mourn today.
A modern school bus and a brand new boat were also destroyed in the fire.
