“The Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine is working to exclude propagandistic Russian literature from Ukrainian library collections,” TASS said in a statement.
It is noted that the seized literature is planned to be replaced with “high-quality Ukrainian-language literature and books of Ukrainian publishing houses.”
Earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that Ukrainian territorial defense militants in Nikolaev were conducting punitive raids to check local residents for “signs of pro-Russian views and facts of transferring any information” to Russian military personnel and the forces of the Donbass republics.
