When the Russian military recently attacked infrastructure such as railways and power plants in Ukraine, Ukraine strongly condemned it as 'missile terrorism'.

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitro Kuleva said on the 4th local time that Russia is relying on missile terrorism tactics to spread terror throughout Ukraine.

In a video speech, President Volodymyr Zelensky said, referring to Russia's missile strikes, "All crimes by the Russian military will not only be legally liable, but will be paid for on the battlefield."

At least 40 trains have been delayed in recent days, according to Ukrainian Railways, as missiles have hit six railway facilities in Lviv and the Midwest in recent days.

It has been analyzed that the Russian military's targeted targeting of railroad facilities in Ukraine was an attempt to cut off weapons, supplies and humanitarian aid from the West.

At the same time, Russian missile attacks are concentrated on Ukrainian military bases and fuel and ammunition depots.

It is known that the Ukrainian capital Kiiu, Cherkasi and Dnipro in the central part, and Zaporiza in the southeast have been hit by missiles.

No specific casualties or damage have been reported yet.

U.S. and British military authorities have analyzed that Ukraine's infrastructure has become a new operational target for Russian forces.

Pentagon spokesman John Kirby said Russia had attempted attacks on critical infrastructure, including power plants and transportation hubs.

"Russia continues to attack non-military targets in Ukraine, including schools, hospitals, residential buildings and transportation facilities," the British Defense Intelligence Agency said.
