Lukashenko spoke about the negotiation process between Russia and Ukraine

He stated this in an interview with The Associated Press.

“But why is Ukraine, on the territory of which ... hostilities, people are dying, why is Ukraine not interested in these negotiations?”

Lukashenka said.

The President added that Ukraine "provokes Russia."

Earlier, Putin and Lukashenko held telephone conversations.
