It was on the night of Lucia morning last year that the man shot his partner with a weapon in a home in Rödeby.
The woman underwent surgery for her injuries, but sustained no life-threatening injuries.
The man was previously active in the Bandidos-affiliated motorcycle club that started up in eastern Blekinge in the autumn of 2020. This summer, he and three other members were convicted of a robbery at a petrol station in Karlskrona.
The sentence of one and a half years in prison against the man would begin to be served on January 10 this year.
