A plane from the airline Easyjet made an unscheduled stopover in Brest (Finistère) on Tuesday in the middle of the day.

The aircraft had taken off from Belfast (United Kingdom) and was flying towards Alicante (Spain) when it had to land urgently in Brittany.

One of the 185 passengers on board was indeed the victim of discomfort, reports

The Airbus A321 was above Nantes (Loire-Atlantique) when the decision was made.

Once the plane was on the ground, the sick traveler and the person who was with him were disembarked shortly before 1 p.m.

The patient was treated medically and taken to a clinic in Brest.

Six passengers less

The aircraft was about to take off again when another passenger was ill.

He too left the plane, along with three of his relatives, and was taken to the emergency room.

It was finally 2:40 p.m. when the Airbus was finally able to leave Brest airport and continue its journey to Spain.
