The reason why Gnosjö municipality now wants to sell the buildings is that the municipality needs the land on which the houses stand.
They therefore accept bids from interested buyers, where the smallest bid that is accepted is one krona.
The condition is that a potential buyer moves or demolishes the houses no later than this autumn.
Two of the houses are located in Hillerstorp, including an old school house.
The two buildings in Gnosjö are two villas next to each other.
There, the municipality has plans to build a sports hall on the ground.
- This is a new approach and we will see what it gives, says Janne Sandberg, technology and leisure manager in Gnosjö municipality.
