The National Assembly is scheduled to handle the amendment to the Criminal Procedure Act, the second of the 'examination and overhaul' bills, at the plenary session of the National Assembly on the morning of the 3rd.

The amendment to the Criminal Procedure Act was proposed immediately after the amendment to the Prosecutor's Office Act was passed on the 30th of last month.

The People's Power immediately applied for a filibuster (unlimited discussion), but it was concluded at 12:00 on the same night according to the 'splitting session' strategy of the Democratic Party of Korea.

The Democratic Party is planning to pass the Criminal Act at the plenary session today in accordance with the provisions of the National Assembly Act, which stipulates that the unlimited debate has been declared when the session runs out during the filibuster and that the agenda must be voted on without delay in the next session.

The Democratic Party also plans to process a resolution to establish a special committee for judicial reform, an organization to discuss the establishment of a serious crime investigation agency at the plenary session.

However, the power of the people is opposed to this, and labor is expected to continue.

After today's plenary session, the People's Power plans to hold a condemnation meeting in front of the Blue House to urge President Moon Jae-in to exercise his veto.
